When your gut isn’t functioning properly it can cause untold distress in the form of cramping, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, gas and more.
Too often IBS sufferers are told 'you'll have to live with it' but I've found this isn't the case. Gut health however does need a multifactorial approach, so I’ve designed a system that addresses all areas.

We start by removing anything that may be causing infection, inflammation and known problem foods to calm the gut.
